Where you have entered into a 3-month or 12-month minimum term membership, you agree to pay all membership fees due for the full minimum term.

Your Rights and Obligations
-
Your membership will begin on the earliest of the following:
-
the start date you selected (if you chose to postpone your start);
-
the date you accept these Terms & Conditions;
-
the date your first membership payment is made; or
-
the date of your first visit to or use of the gym facilities.
-
-
You are entitled to access and use the gym facilities provided your membership payments remain up to date.
-
You agree to comply with all On1Fitness club rules, policies, and reasonable instructions given by staff.
-
You agree to maintain an active Direct Debit instruction for payment of your monthly membership fees.
-
Monthly membership payments will be collected on the same date each month following your initial payment.

You will be liable for any loss or damage caused to our equipment or facilities as a result of negligent or improper use.
Our Rights and Obligations
-
We may terminate this Agreement and your membership with immediate effect if any membership fee or applicable charge is not paid when due.
-
Where a minimum term membership is terminated due to non-payment, all remaining fees for the minimum term shall become immediately payable.
-
We may terminate this Agreement and cancel your membership with immediate effect if you breach any club rules. In such circumstances, access to the facilities will cease and no refund will be given.
-
We may suspend or end your membership if we reasonably believe that allowing it to continue would be unsafe or detrimental to the club, its members, or staff. This includes, but is not limited to:
-
safety concerns;
-
misuse or abuse of equipment or services;
-
abusive, threatening, or violent behaviour;
-
vandalism or illegal activity.
-
-
We may end your membership if you knowingly provide false information during the joining process and that information reasonably affected our decision to accept your membership.
-
If we choose not to immediately enforce any part of this Agreement, or allow extra time for payment, this does not prevent us from enforcing the Agreement at a later date.
-
We may assign or transfer our rights under this Agreement to a third party, provided your rights are not adversely affected.
-
Gymnasium Fix Limited, its agents, employees, and contractors are not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of personal property brought onto our premises, unless caused by our negligence. In such cases, our liability will be limited to £500.

-
We are not liable for injury caused by the incorrect or unsafe use of equipment or facilities.
-
We may make reasonable changes to these Terms & Conditions or club rules at any time. Updated terms will be communicated via email using the address most recently provided by you.
-
This Agreement is personal to you and cannot be transferred to another individual.

We accept no liability for loss, damage, or personal injury arising from additional services provided by third parties.
-
Where we provide induction services, fitness tests, or training reviews, these form part of your Membership Agreement and do not limit any liability we may have under this Agreement.
Small Group Training Programmes
6 Week Foundation Programme
The 6 Week Foundation Programme is a structured small group training programme designed to introduce members to coached training at On1Fitness.
Programme Commitment
By enrolling in the 6 Week Foundation Programme and making payment of the agreed programme fee, you commit to the full duration of the programme.
Programme fees are not dependent on attendance. Failure to attend sessions does not cancel, suspend, or reduce the payment obligation.
Due to the limited number of places available within each programme, your space is reserved specifically for you once your place has been confirmed.
Refunds
Members are entitled to a 14 day cooling-off period from the date of payment provided the programme has not yet started.
Once the programme has commenced, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Booking and Attendance
All sessions must be booked in advance using the On1Fitness booking system or app.
If you are unable to attend a session, a minimum of 2 hours’ notice must be provided to cancel your booking.
Sessions cancelled within this timeframe may be deducted from your session allocation.
Missed sessions or unused sessions do not roll over or carry forward.
Membership Acceptance
Acceptance into the programme is at the sole discretion of On1Fitness.
Participation may be refused where we believe it would be unsafe for the individual or other members.
Inner Circle Small Group Training Membership
The Inner Circle Membership is an ongoing small group training membership designed for members who wish to continue structured coaching following completion of the Foundation Programme or acceptance by the coaching team.
Membership Structure
Inner Circle membership provides access to scheduled small group training sessions and ongoing coaching support.
All sessions must be booked using the On1Fitness booking system.
Due to the limited number of training spaces available, each membership space is reserved specifically for the individual member.
Payments
Inner Circle memberships are billed using the payment method agreed at the time of joining.
Membership payments are not dependent on attendance. Failure to attend booked sessions does not suspend or reduce membership fees.
Where payments are not kept up to date, we reserve the right to suspend access to sessions until the outstanding balance has been cleared.
Session Usage
Sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
Unused sessions do not roll over into future membership periods.
Cancellation
Inner Circle memberships require 30 days written notice to cancel.
Notice must be provided by emailing:
Membership payments remain payable during the notice period.
Member Responsibilities
Members must inform coaches of any injuries, health conditions, or circumstances that may affect their ability to participate safely in training.
Members agree to follow all instructions provided by On1Fitness coaches during training sessions.
